Next Event - Three Town Get Together
Friday 20th - Tuesday 24th June

Dear Member,

      Three Town Meeting Weekend  20^th -24^th June 2008

We are pleased to invite you to join us with our French and German guests for this long weekend.. Here are the details.

 Please note that hosts will shortly be receiving a much more detailed correspondence.

Thursday evening

 11pm approx: Arrival via Stansted of guests from Isernhagen

Friday.

 Late afternoon. Arrival via Newhaven of guests from Epinay-sous-Senart.

5.30 – 6.30pm : welcome reception at the Meridian Centre, organised by the Council.

7.30pm for 8pm : Dinner at Diella’s restaurant, Dane Road, Seaford 

Saturday

10am :  Meet at the Meridian Centre for a day trip by coach to Amberley working museum. A picnic lunch will be provided. If you wish to drink wine or beer please bring this yourself.

7.30pm : Gala Dinner at the Meridian Centre, with a jazz band, organised by the Council.. A meal and drinks will be provided.

Sunday

10am -12noon : Community event in the Anzac Room. All our guests and hosts will attend this event, to which we have invited representatives of local organisations. Refreshments will be provided.

2pm : German guests leave by coach for Stansted.

Monday

7.30pm A skittles evening at The Royal Oak, Barcombe. A buffet meal will be provided.

Tuesday

          French guests leave by the 7am ferry from Newhaven

Costs for the weekend are as follows:

Entire weekend                                              £32.00

Friday Dinner and Skittles Evening                        £20.00

Friday Dinner                                               £15.00

Skittles Evening                                             £ 5.00

Amberley Museum only                                      £12.00

If you wish to attend any of these events, please contact John Tullett at 22a Cornwall Avenue by Thursday 12^th June at the latest, along with your payment. Please make cheques payable to Peacehaven and District Twinning Association.
